Originally from Portugal, I moved to London in 2004 where I studied visual arts at London Metropolitan University in 2010.
I am currently based in Folkestone, Kent
Through the past 11 years I have been working in Live art, installation, puppetry, sound and facilitation with community groups.
I have worked with organisations such as Carboard Citizens Theatre, Green Shoes arts, NHS mental health services, schools and charities.
Between 2015 and 2020 I was the performing arts tutor at the charity Crisis, working with individuals with experiences of homelessness through theatre, poetry and storytelling.
